"Feel strange today. My head feels like it's been squeezed with fingers pushing into my brain as if it's made of foam.
Keep getting jamais vu followed by panic that goes away within a couple minutes. Really thrown off the day. Don't know how to manage any of these symptoms & pain relief doesn't seem to touch any of it"
